Refund policy

30-day returns: we accept returns of unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return: contact us through our contact page with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

Non-returnable items: items that have been used, planted in, damaged after delivery, or returned without approval.

Exchanges: the fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
