We ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. The estimated transit time for each item is shown on its product page. Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days; you will not be charged extra shipping when this happens.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us with your order number and photos of any damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
