Standard shipping is a flat $6.99 per order and free on orders of $79 or more.

The estimated transit time is listed on every product page. Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number.

No. Our planters, stands and hangers are sold without live plants unless the listing clearly states otherwise.

It depends on the design. Drainage details are listed in each product description. For pots without holes, add a layer of pebbles or use a plastic nursery pot inside.

Choose a planter about 1 to 2 inches wider than your plant's current pot. Always check the listed dimensions before ordering.

Grow lights are best used to supplement natural light, especially in north-facing rooms and during winter. Most houseplants do well with 10 to 14 hours of light a day.

Most of our stands are designed for indoor use. Check the material notes in the product description for outdoor suitability.
